In this entire world there is no evil like anger and that there is no fortitude like patience.and we all need to develop our patience.anger acts as the principal obstacles to this development of patience.And to use the best medicine analogy,hatred as the poison and patience is the medicine that removes the poisons that is filled in our mind.
First and foremost we can able to identify the negativity of anger and hatred.second,what reasons does our anger arise?So while we make crucial observation that the"fuel"of anger is what we call "mental discomfort".generally speaking we have certain feelings of discomfort,unhappiness,and dissatisfaction all this feelings just came up in our mind and we couldn't understand at time how it happened.We can identify the feelings only when we make a close observation.it is that nagging feelings that something is not quite right.and that negative feelings of dissatisfaction that give rise to frustation.this happen, when condition are set for an immediate outburst of anger when things do not go the way we wish.
Once we understood between dissatisfaction,frustation,and anger then definitely we have power to dealing with anger.Hatred can have no virtue.it only eats the persons from within and poisons his or her interactions with fellows human beings.hatred is the true enemy, it is the inner enemy,"perhaps we can say that the features that distinguise anger and hatred is the absence or presence of ill-will.A persons can be angry without bearing any ill-will towards his or her objects of anger there is very simple motto:discipline your mind.
there goes a wonderful analogy by the great buddhist legends"shantideva":
where would i possibly find enough leather
with which to cover the surfaces of the earth?
but(wearing)just leather on the soles of my shoes
is equivalent to covering the earth with it.
likewise it is not possible for me
to restrain the external course of things;
but should i restrain this mind of mine
what would be the need to restrain all else?
